Golden Ticket

What is Golden Ticket?

Golden Ticket is a mark of recognition for ex-Interns of Agate. Having a Golden Ticket means that Agate has acknowledged an intern's skill during the internship.

Golden Ticket Benefits

With Golden Ticket at hand, an ex-Intern who applies for the same fulltime role will get a plus point and have a greater chance of being accepted as an Agate crew. You will be prioritized for the recruitment process and will get signing bonus money (based on the role, grade, etc.)

How to get Golden Ticket?

By demonstrating excellent performance, great attitude and communication skills, showing initiative, exceptional problem solving skills, and eagerness to learn and grow.
